Given that one of the most challenging chapters in the accession negotiations between Albania and the EU, is Chapter 23, this Working Group was formed with the aim of making recommendations and conclusions that will concern those areas that are assessed by the co-chairs and members as a priority, such as judiciary, fight against corruption, fundamental rights, etc.
