Duration: 2023 – 2026
Who’s involved?
Civil society organizations (CSOs), public institutions, the judiciary, researchers, media, young professionals, and activists—all working together to push forward Albania’s EU journey.
What’s the goal?
- Boost citizen engagement in shaping policies and reforms.
- Equip CSOs to oversee and advocate for transparency and rule of law.
- Create an open platform for dialogue and collaboration between civil society, institutions, and key stakeholders.
This initiative is all about participation, accountability, and cooperation, closely tied to Cluster 1 – Fundamentals First in Albania’s EU accession (covering justice, governance, and financial oversight).
With four interconnected components, the action aims to make civic voices louder, institutions more responsive, and EU integration a more inclusive process.
